Presented by BLK SCHOOL X Negro Speaks of Books
A journaling workshop led by Soreti Kadir with a focus on self-reflection. In this session, we look at affirmation as a learnt skill and practice that we can develop to support our own individual and collective spiritual, mental and social wellness.
What is affirmation and how can we expand how we think of it? How can we use writing to gain a greater understanding of ourselves?
If you already own or use a journal, bring it! If you don’t, we recommend getting one that you’ll continue to use.
Materials available for anyone without a journal. Free event - registrations essential, limited spaces available;
